By using the services provided by Kaynetic, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Creative Services & Revisions

• Design Scope: All design projects include up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated.
• Client Responsibility: Timely delivery of project content (text, images, logos) is required to meet agreed-upon deadlines.

2. Web Hosting & Performance

• Uptime: We aim for 99.9% uptime. Kaynetic is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure or necessary maintenance.
• Security: While we provide robust server security, clients are responsible for maintaining strong passwords for their CMS and email accounts.

3. Payments & Cancellations

• Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any Web Design or E-commerce project.
• Subscriptions: Hosting is billed in advance. Failure to settle invoices within 7 days of the due date may lead to temporary service suspension.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Once full payment is received, the client owns the final website and design assets. Kaynetic retains the right to display the project in our portfolio as a “Success Story.”

5. Limitation of Liability

• Kaynetic is not responsible for any loss of revenue or data resulting from site downtime, external hacking, or client-side errors.
